Github tickets with the 4.2.0 milestone were discussed.

Ticket https://github.com/OP-TED/ePO/issues/599, was moved to the 4.3.0 milestone
Ticket https://github.com/OP-TED/ePO/issues/639, it is a duplicate of issue 617, and was closed.
Ticket https://github.com/OP-TED/ePO/issues/634 was implemented.
- Predicate epo:fulfilsStrategicProcurement:epo:LotAwardOutcome → epo:StrategicProcurement was added.
https://github.com/OP-TED/ePO/issues/624, was discussed:
- epo:forseesSubcontractor predicate was added between tender and subcontractor. To revisit this in the future.
- epo:isSubcontractingPersentageKnown was added to epo:Subcontracting estimate.

Action Points

Create a ticket: Predicate epo:specifiesSubcontractor should be deleted in ePO 5.0.0

Create a ticket Further Investigate whether we should remove the codelists of epo:Notice , since the values of the codelists are represented as concepts in ePO.
