Discussion
The first draft of the eInvoicing conceptual model was presented.
-
During the meeting, some questions were formulated regarding Class epo-inv:Invoice:
-
Question: How should we represent all the VAT values of the document?
-
Question: What is a Buyer reference?
-
Question: The Order refers to a Project and the Invoice refers to a Project. Is this Project the same?
-
If they are the same, we do not need a property from Invoice, since we also have a connection from Invoice to the Order.
-
Answer: It was decided that since the link between epo-inv:Invoice and epo-ord:Order is not mandatory, we need to have a way to refer to the Project directly from the Invoice.
-
The same applies to Buyer accounting reference
-
-
Question: What is Invoiced Object Identifier? What does this object represent? Can it be a CPV code?
-
There is some information here about it: https://skr.se/download/18.42336a32177c8ab158d77219/1616148012158/Referencing_and_Matching_3.pdf
-
This needs to be further investigated.
-
-
A new codelist was added to the model: at-voc-new:invoice-note-subject-code
-
This codelist may already be referenced somewhere in the ePO. This needs to be further investigated.
-
-
-
Some questions were formulated about the Delivery information business group from the eInvoicing data model:
-
What is the "Deliver to Party Name" concept referring to? Who can this be if it is not the Buyer?
-
Is the actual Delivery date different than the eOrdering Delivery date? It looks like this is the case.
-
Is the business term "Deliver To Address" referring to the concept epo-ord:Order place of delivery?
-
-
The epo-inv:PaymentInstructionsInformation and epo-inv:PaymentCardInformation concepts were presented.
-
At this stage, the first draft of the Invoicing diagram is the following:
-
The diagram containing the roles related to the eInvoicing module was presented:
-
Question: is epo-inv:SellerTaxRepresentative the same role as epo-sub:LegalRepresentative? To be further investigated.
