-
A number of remarks for PEPPOL’s use of UBL transactions were made. Specifically:
-
The use of UBL’s Qualification application Request schema for PEPPOL’s T019 Qualification was discussed. It was mentioned that in PEPPOL the roles are inverted from the roles in UBL 2.2.
-
It was mentioned that PEPPOL uses the T004 Call for tenders transaction to model Closed procedures, and also to request for Evidence.
-
It was mentioned that PEPPOL’s T024 invitation to tender has no qualification part and is also used for the purpose of UBL’s Request for Quotation.
-
It was mentioned that the difference between a request for offer and a request for Tender, is that the former has a line (as it is based on a catalogue), and the latter does not have a line.
